Cashout

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-16.

1. What Cashout is — and isn’t

Cashout is a paid subscription service that helps you discover class-action settlements you may qualify for and prepare claims. Cashout is not a law firm, is not a settlement administrator, and does not provide legal advice. Final eligibility and any payment are determined solely by the relevant settlement administrator or court. You can always find and file settlement claims yourself, directly, for free. Amounts shown in the product are estimates of what you may be owed, not a promise of payment.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Cashout is billed as a recurring subscription. The price, billing interval, and the amount due today are shown to you before you pay. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews at the full plan price for each renewal term, and your payment method is charged at the start of each term. We email you before a renewal. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@joincashout.com; cancellation stops future renewals.

3. SMS / text messaging program

If you opt in, Cashout sends recurring automated marketing and account text messages (for example, claim alerts and offers such as reminders to finish signing up) to the mobile number you provide.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using Cashout.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel; reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
  • For how we handle your mobile number and consent, see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Many claims pay modest amounts and take time to process; some pay more, and some pay nothing. Nothing in the service guarantees that you will receive any payment.
