Information we collect

We collect information you give us — such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, the answers you provide about potential claims, and payment details processed by our payment provider — along with basic technical data (like your device/browser and a coarse origin) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your information to provide Cashout: to match you with potential settlements, prepare and track claims, verify your account, process your subscription, provide support, and — where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law — to send you messages about your account and offers.

Site performance & usage measurement

We use first-party measurements to understand which pages and actions work well, where visitors encounter problems, and how to improve Cashout. These measurements include page paths, selected actions, visible time and scroll depth, device-size category, traffic source, load performance, and error categories. A session identifier can link this activity to existing signup and payment records for internal reporting. This measurement does not record form contents, payment details, error messages, or session replay, and does not use fingerprinting.

These detailed first-party measurement events are stored with our hosting/data service providers for up to 31 days. Collection is best-effort and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement. Existing account and transaction records follow their separate operational retention needs.

Mobile numbers & SMS consent

We do not sell your personal information, and mobile phone numbers and SMS/text- messaging opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. If you opt in to texts, we use your number only to send the messages you signed up for. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run Cashout (for example, our payment processor, messaging provider, and hosting), under obligations to protect it, and where required by law. We do not share your information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Your choices
