Some settlements pay without purchase records.

These open class-action settlements pay their base amount without receipts or proof of loss. Most still ask for the Claimant ID from the notice the administrator sent you. Answer three questions and we'll show you which may apply.

Finding the settlement is easy. Finding the form isn't.

Filing directly with the administrator is always free. Cashout does the part that loses claims: matching you to what may apply, linking each official filing page, watching each deadline.

Cashout is not a law firm and is not the official settlement administrator. Final eligibility and payment are determined by the settlement administrator.

Free to check. Optional membership is 100% off for the first 3 days ($0 charged today), then $49.99 for three months and automatically renews every 3 months at $49.99 until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the charge.

Open now — base payment without proof of loss

Nobody gets paid the day they file.

Here's the real sequence — what you submit, what has to happen after, and when a payment would reach you if the administrator sends one.

  1. You file the claim

We match you to what fits and hand you the administrator's own official form. You submit it — only you can.

  2. The claim window closes

There is no late filing. On a pro-rata fund the administrator can't size the shares until it knows how many valid claims came in.

  3. The court has to finish

Final approval, then any appeal. Some settlements clear the court years before their window shuts; others are still waiting on it.

  4. Payment, if any, is released

Months or years later, in an amount the settlement administrator sets — not Cashout. An unfiled claim is the one case that always pays $0.

If it comes, it comes long after you've forgotten filing. Remembering is the part Cashout does — every claim you filed, every date, in one place.

Toyota's airbag settlement cleared final approval in November 2023; its last appeal wasn't dismissed until December 2025. Its claim window runs to December 2028.

Many claims pay modest amounts and take time to process; some pay more, and some pay nothing. Nothing in the service guarantees that you will receive any payment.

Straight answers

Honestly — is this a scam?
Fair question, and a common one. Every settlement listed here is a real case, checked against the administrator's own site before it's listed. Look any of them up by name — Cashout is not the administrator.
It's free to file yourself. Why pay you?
True — it's free on the administrator's site, and you're the one who files, not Cashout. These settlements are public, so you're not paying for access. You're paying for matching, the walk-through and deadline tracking.
What if my payout is only a few dollars?
Some are. Many settlements offer modest base payments; some may pay more, and some pay nothing. The administrator decides final eligibility and amount.
Do I have to give you my Social Security number?
No. Cashout never asks for your Social Security number and doesn't need one to match you to a settlement. If an administrator asks for one on their own claim form, you enter it there, on their site.
When does the money actually show up?
Not today, and not this month. Administrators pay after the claim window closes and the court signs off — usually a few months, sometimes longer. Some claims are denied. Cashout can't speed that up.

Cashout is not a law firm and is not the settlement administrator. Final eligibility and payment amounts are determined by the settlement administrator, not by Cashout. Filing directly with the official administrator is always free.

Checking which settlements may apply to you is free. Cashout is a subscription: after a 3-day free trial with $0 due today, it renews every 3 months at $49.99 until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
