Who may qualify
U.S. residents who bought an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, as the original purchaser and not for resale. The claim form asks for the iPhone's serial number.
What the settlement pays
$25 per eligible device. The amount can rise to as much as $95 per device, or fall, depending on how many valid claims are filed and other factors.
What happened
A lawsuit alleged Apple advertised Apple Intelligence and enhanced Siri features for these iPhones that were delayed or not delivered as advertised. Apple denies wrongdoing and agreed to pay $250 million to settle (Landsheft, et al. v. Apple Inc., N.D. Cal.). The final approval hearing is set for February 24, 2027.
