Who may qualify
You may qualify if you were a U.S. Flo user between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 and entered menstruation or pregnancy information.
What the settlement pays
Eligible filers split the net settlement fund pro rata. The administrator has published no per-person figure — the amount depends on how many valid claims come in. The administrator states that California subclass members receive a greater pro rata share, without publishing a multiplier. Payments come only after final approval, which realistically means 2027.
What happened
A lawsuit alleged the sensitive menstruation and pregnancy details people entered into the Flo app were shared with third parties without consent. Flo Health, Google and Flurry together put up a $59.5 million settlement fund to resolve the claims, with no admission of wrongdoing.
