Terms of Service

Last updated October 24, 2026

1. About Cashout

These Terms govern your use of JoinCashOut.com (“Cashout” or the “Platform”), operated by Tower Interactive LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Cashout helps you discover potential class action settlements and review information relevant to potential claims. Cashout is not a law firm, settlement administrator, or government agency, and does not provide legal advice. Using Cashout does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

You may find and file claims directly with settlement administrators for free. Cashout’s subscription fee is for access to its service, not a fee required by a court or settlement administrator.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement. Provide accurate information, keep any account credentials confidential, and use only information and payment methods you are authorized to use.

3. Matches, Eligibility, and Claims

Matches depend on the information you provide and the settlement information available to Cashout. A match or displayed estimate is not a determination that you qualify or a promise of payment. Official settlement terms, court orders, and settlement administrators determine eligibility, claim requirements, deadlines, and payments.

Review the official settlement materials before submitting a claim. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit and for meeting applicable requirements and deadlines. Do not submit a claim unless you have a truthful basis for eligibility. Access to Cashout does not itself authorize us to sign or submit a claim on your behalf.

4. Plans, Trials, and Renewals

Checkout B: $1 is charged immediately for 7 days of introductory access. Unless you cancel before the 7-day period ends, your saved payment method is charged $25 when that period ends and every month thereafter until canceled.

Checkout C: $2 is charged immediately for 7 days of introductory access. Unless you cancel before the 7-day period ends, your saved payment method is charged $49 when that period ends and every year thereafter until canceled.

These introductory payments are charges, not temporary full-price authorization holds. Renewal is a separate charge. The current B and C offers do not split a declined renewal into a smaller payment followed by a later balance charge. Checkout A charges the full selected plan amount upfront.

The price, amount due at signup, introductory period if any, and renewal interval presented at checkout apply to the plan you select. Members on earlier plans retain the price and interval disclosed when they joined.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals from your account settings or by emailing support@joincashout.com. Cancel before the 7-day introductory period ends to avoid the first renewal charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund the $1 or $2 already charged.

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. A refund request alone is not a cancellation request; tell support if you want both. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Cashout for fraudulent claims, identity misrepresentation, unauthorized commercial activities, unauthorized automated submissions, or attempts to manipulate settlement eligibility, submit duplicate claims, or obtain benefits to which you are not legally entitled. You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another person’s information without authorization.

7. Communications and Privacy

Service communications concern your account, support requests, or purchases. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary account or transaction messages.

SMS messages require a separate applicable opt-in; agreeing to these Terms alone is not SMS consent. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information-handling details.

8. Content and Availability

Cashout’s branding, interface, and original materials belong to Tower Interactive LLC or its licensors. You may use them to access the service for your own permitted purposes. Third-party trademarks and settlement materials belong to their respective owners.

Settlement information can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage of every settlement, or the accuracy of third-party materials. Check the official settlement source before relying on a deadline or eligibility requirement.

9. Suspension and Changes

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Suspension does not eliminate any refund or consumer rights you otherwise have. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. Material billing changes must be disclosed and handled with any notice and consent required by applicable law.
